Silversmithing Jewelry Workshop

We're thrilled to partner with Libby Rae of Raeven Jewelry to bring you a hands-on, 2-hour silversmithing workshop, during which participants will craft a sterling silver ring from start to finish. 

Choose from a variety of metal stamps including different fonts for lettering, floral and leaf motifs, birds, moon phases, and ornamental designs to make a one-of-a-kind piece. Just bring your creativity and leave with a beautifully finished custom ring and new metalworking experience. Give the gift of the class, or the ring, to yourself or others!

PARTICIPANTS WILL LEARN:

• Soldering techniques
• Hammering & forming metal
• Metal stamping
• Professional sanding & polishing

WORKSHOP DETAILS:

• Duration: 2 hours
• Class size: intimate, small-group workshop with limited spots to ensure personalized instruction
• Skill level: Beginner, no prior experience required.
• Age: 16+
• All materials provided including sterling silver, silversmithing tools, and safety equipment

• Location: socius design shop at 401 N Broadway Ave, Suite 140, Rochester, MN
