Looking for something more intimate and interactive than a large event hall? Our design boutique offers a unique setting to rent for gatherings of up to 30 guests, and can be transformed into your private venue. Each event is unique, and we'll work with you to create the perfect experience.
The Space
Location: 401 N Broadway Ave, suite 140 Rochester, MN 55906
We are in the BRYK building at Civic Center and Broadway, blocks from the Mayo Clinic and area hotels.

The Details
Capacity: 25-30 guests
Duration: Flexible rental periods, 2-hour standard
Pricing: Our base rate is $75/hr without food or beverages, and can be booked using the link below. Contact us at shop@sociusdesign.com to scope out and estimate all the details of your event
Availability: Outside regular business hours and select times during business hours. Consult our availability at the booking link. If the time you are interested in is not listed, email us at shop@sociusdesign.com.
Food & Beverage: We are proud to partner with local restaurants to offer full catering services, including full bar service with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks; and will work to finalize a menu that is perfect for your event. We also gladly welcome outside food and drink, or outside catering if you would like to supply and manage it yourself.
Setup/Cleanup: This is included in your rental.
