The Block Shop GOOD THINGS Pot Holder! This one-of-a-kind pot holder was designed in collaboration with Samin Nosrat, an icon in the world of Block Shop, to celebrate her gorgeous new cookbook.

The patchwork design takes its cues from raised garden beds, and is inspired by the palette shared across Samin's Berkeley garden and the Block Shop LA gardens: sage, tomato leaves, earth brown, a pop of nasturtium, and blue California sky.

Each piece is hand block printed on organic cotton, stitched by hand, and made in one small batch by our partner community of textiles artists in Jaipur India. Made with love and designed to bring joy to your culinary pursuits.

socius (SOH-shee-uhss) design is a locally-owned design shop, studio & lifestyle boutique located in the Lowertown neighborhood near the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.

Explore an edited mix of beautiful and practical objects in the categories of lighting and decor, furniture, kitchen and bath, dining and entertaining, fashion and self-care, creative process and inspiration, renovation materials and supplies, and more. Shop these goods online or in-person at our brick and mortar shop.

We also offer private before/after-hours shopping reservations, event-based shopping, workshops and classes, space rental for events, design services, custom consultations, and product and material sourcing from an exhaustive collection of design goods, furniture, lighting, wallpaper, tile, fabric and supplies that are outside of our day-to-day inventory.
