Processing Time

90% of orders ship in 1-2 business days. Maximum processing time for in-stock items located at our brick and mortar shop is 7 business days from receipt.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 11:00 AM CST will begin processing the following business day.

Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer Flat rate standard shipping of $9.99 for orders that include items located at our Rochester, MN brick and mortar shop.

These orders ship within 1-7 business days (90% of orders ship within 1-2 business days) via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Need a specific delivery service or shipping speed? Note it at checkout or email us at shop@sociusdesign.com and we'll do our best to accommodate — any additional costs will be invoiced.

NOTE: Larger or heavier items incur separate shipping charges.

Local Pickup & Delivery

Local Order Pickup

Free Order Pickup is available for all items located at our brick and mortar shop at 401 N Broadway Ave, Suite 140, Rochester, MN. (If this option is not available at checkout, it indicates your order contains items outside of our local inventory.)

When your order is ready you'll receive an email --typically within 1-2 business days. Customers can pick up their orders during normal business hours, or schedule a pickup time outside of our normal business hours that works best for you (link is included in order notification email).

Orders are held for 14 days after we send notification that your order is ready. If you need more time, email us at shop@sociusdesign.com.

Local Delivery (Rochester area)

We offer Local Delivery within Rochester city limits for orders that include items located at our brick and mortar location. (If this option is not available at checkout, it indicates your order contains items outside of local inventory.)

Most deliveries happen within 1-5 business days of order placement. These deliveries are placed outside of buyer's residence, either by the front door or mail box. If you need it placed in a specific location, indicate in the notes section at checkout, email us at shop@sociusdesign.com, or text us at (507) 844-2434.

For deliveries just outside Rochester proper, contact us at shop@sociusdesign.com for availability and additional fees.

Direct Distributor Shipping

Some of our items ship directly from the brand or their US distributor. Shipping times and methods for these products differ from our standard shipping policy.

If your order contains these items, as well as items stocked at our brick and mortar shop, your order will divide into two shipments.

At this time, it is not possible to combine direct distributor/brand shipping with local pickup/delivery. In that scenario, we recommend ordering your these products separately; and then placing a second order for local items in order to take advantage of Free Local Pickup or Delivery. Items that ship directly from the brand will be noted on the product page.

Processing time-frames for these items vary. The average processing time is 3-10 business days, with an additional 3-7 business days for shipping time. Mustard Made products are an exception; taking 1-3 business days for processing, with 1-3 business days for shipping.

International Shipping

International shipping is here. As of April 2026, we're now shipping to select countries outside the US — including Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, France, Spain, Japan, and more. The list will grow over time.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. If you're outside the US and running into trouble checking out, reach out to us at shop@sociusdesign.com.
