Upcycled Poly is made in the USA from post-industrial olefin waste. It's GreenGuard Gold certified, free of PFAS and BPA, and built for everyday wear; covers are hand wash only.
Built on a certified plywood frame with CertiPUR-US certified high-resiliency foam (no flame retardants or formaldehyde) and coconut fiber, it meets ANSI/BIFMA X5.4 contract-grade standards and is tested to withstand at least 10 years of regular use. Sabai makes each piece to order with family-owned partners in North Carolina and Tennessee, and it assembles with universal tools. Covers are removable, and components are sold individually through Sabai's Repair Don't Replace program.
