Originally had a bunch of glass shelves on brackets in my dining room to display glassware. Dust was a mess; everything always looked dirty. Additionally, I was always stressed someone might knock the glass shelves causing not just a mess, but someone to get hurt. I decided to take a chance on these in place of the glass shelves (I did four total, two on either side of a window), and it was the best decision I made for that room. It truly is a marriage of form and function. And now I can actually enjoy entertaining.
