The Essential Sofa is Sabai's low-profile modular sofa, with wide 7" arms, plush supportive seat cushions and removable back pillows. Choose a single bench cushion or individual cushions.
Upcycled Poly is made in the USA from post-industrial olefin waste. It's GreenGuard Gold certified, free of PFAS and BPA, and built for everyday wear; covers are hand wash only.
Built on an FSC-certified plywood frame with CertiPUR-US certified high-resiliency foam (no flame retardants or formaldehyde), it's tested to withstand at least 10 years of regular use (ANSI/BIFMA X5.4). Sabai makes each piece to order with family-owned partners in North Carolina and Tennessee; it ships flat-packed and assembles with universal tools. Covers are removable, and cushions, covers and other components are sold individually through Sabai's Repair Don't Replace program.
Made to order and shipped directly from Sabai Design.
