Standard Return Policy

It is important to us you love your purchase. We'll gladly work with you on returns for eligible items.

0-30 days from receipt: Refund

Refund to original payment method for purchase amount minus original shipping costs & return shipping costs (shipping costs are non-refundable)

31-60 days from receipt: Store Credit

Store credit for purchase amount minus original shipping costs and return shipping costs (shipping costs are non-refundable)

Beyond 60 days: All sales are final

The majority of our products are return eligible in new condition, with all original packaging.

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return: All items within the "Sale" section of our site; all N/A beverages and tea; cut fabric pieces; installed or open wallpaper; Osmo wood finish products; lighting that has been installed and is in working condition; Mustard Made products that have been assembled; clothing or bags that has been worn or used; any item not in new and original condition; any item without original packaging; any item marked Sale.

To initiate a return: Submit a return request through the order section of your online account (https://account.sociusdesignstudio.com), email us at shop@sociusdesign.com, or stop by our brick and mortar shop. Please ensure that items are unused, have not been installed or assembled, and are in original condition with all original packaging.

Shipping costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We will provide a return label for you, deducting the shipping cost from your refund.

In-store returns & exchanges: Returns & Exchanges can be made at our shop -- 401 N Broadway Ave, Suite 140 -- during normal business hours.
