Organic Hemp Blend is 55% organic hemp and 45% organic cotton, certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and the Organic Content Standard. It's breathable, biodegradable, contract grade at 34,000 Martindale rubs, and free of PFAS, BPA and chemical treatments.
Built on an FSC-certified plywood frame with CertiPUR-US certified high-resiliency foam (no flame retardants or formaldehyde), it's tested to withstand at least 10 years of regular use (ANSI/BIFMA X5.4). Sabai makes each piece to order with family-owned partners in North Carolina and Tennessee; it ships flat-packed and assembles with universal tools. Covers are removable, and cushions, covers and other components are sold individually through Sabai's Repair Don't Replace program.
