A Design & Lifestyle Boutique

socius (SOH-shee-uhss) design is a locally-owned design shop, studio & lifestyle boutique located in the Lowertown neighborhood near the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.

Explore an edited mix of beautiful and practical objects in the categories of lighting and decor, furniture, kitchen and bath, dining and entertaining, fashion and self-care, creative process and inspiration, renovation materials and supplies, and more. Shop these goods online or in-person at our brick and mortar shop.

We also offer private before/after-hours shopping reservations, event-based shopping, workshops and classes, space rental for events, design services, custom consultations, and product and material sourcing from an exhaustive collection of design goods, furniture, lighting, wallpaper, tile, fabric and supplies that are outside of our day-to-day inventory.

Above all, we seek to be a style and design resource—a place to find inspiration, community, and learning.
