The Model 172 is a Le Klint classic — a sculptural globe of hand-folded PVC whose rhythmic, curving pleats (the studio's signature “sinus line”) scatter a soft, warm glow. Designed by Poul Christiansen in 1971 and hand-folded in Denmark, each shade is made by hand in the tradition Le Klint has kept since 1943. Available in two sizes.
